90 Day Financing Terms & Conditions

Furniture and Mattress Warehouse offers up to 90 days financing to our customers through Check Svc. A minimum purchase of $300.00 is required. This minimum purchase requirement does not include tax, delivery or shipping fees. Customers are required to date their checks payable to Furniture and Mattress Warehouse on the day of which they wish the checks to be deposited. Once Furniture and Mattress Warehouse has received the checks to be used for payment of furniture, they will be converted to electronic debit and deposited into Furniture and Mattress Warehouse bank account on the date of which they are written. Please note: If you do not have direct deposit, your checks should be dated past your deposit date to assure available funds. A 10% processing-handling charge will be added to the contract.

Requirements:

1). A minimum of 25% down payment of the total purchase is required on the first check which will be deposited the day of approval.

2). Current checking account in the customer's name that has been open and in good standing for at least one (1) year.

3). You need to be an active checking writter whit numeric checks greather than 201 or 1101.

4). All checks submitted must be in sequence. NO OUT OF STATE ACCOUNTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

5). Photocopy of valid CA Driver's License of purchaser with current CA address only. Sorry, no out of state addresses accepted.

6). Proof of Income with bank account or work pay stubs.

Note: Please confirm all purchase information with Furniture and Mattress Warehouse before submitting checks, as we need to calculate appropriate sales tax, delivery and finance charges, as well to make sure the items you wish to purchase are in stock. All items must be in office and approved before delivery of items.
